Last week, Katie had “SURGERY”. I’m not sure what that means but she smelled like pain and so it was my job to be a good boy.
One of the perks of “SURGERY” is we are staying at our friends house with “AIR CONDITIONING”, which means it stays spring inside even when it’s summer outside. I like “AIR CONDITIONING”.
Another perk is MOM came in town. That is the person Katie calls MOM. (Which I agree is quiet confusing) I have no idea how she found us all the way from Kentucky but she did.
Katie said the “SURGERY” was for a medical issue that wasn’t all that serious. But I could tell she was afraid to got to the vet just like me. But she went and when she came back she was in pain. Her face said so. She has been sleeping a lot since then. We don’t take a lot of walks, and dad has done most everything for both of us. She takes pills that make her act funny, but every day she is getting back to normal. Here are some photos of me being a good boy.
Katie is always “WORKING” on things. I don’t really know what that means because I’m a dog. But this is the spot she normally sits when she is “WORKING”.
I have gotten in a lot of trouble before for pooping and peeing here. I really try to remember not to now.
When we moved to LA, we soon moved into an “APARTMENT BUILDING”. I had never lived in an “APARTMENT BUILDING” before. But basically it is a very large house. There are lots of doors but the difference is we only go in one door. Sometimes we visit our friend Sam who lives here too and we go in his door too.
But I am always on my guard here! It is very alarming to go beyond our door because you never know who will be in the “APARTMENT BUILDING”. There are lots of dogs here too that try to get on the elevator with us. This is very frightening because who knows what would happen to us if we were on the elevator with another dog! So I bark really loudly so that they decide to not get on the elevator. This technique is 9/10 effective. We have to take the elevator many times in a day because there’s no yard here. Because I live in an “APARTMENT BUILDING”, I take Katie for a lot of walks.
Sometimes Katie lets me go to the roof and run laps even though there is a leash rule and she has gotten scolded by the master of “APARTMENT BUILDING” before for this. It makes me sad when Katie gets scolded. She always gets grumpy and sad when it happens and then the fun is over.
